- All renters must be 21 years of age or older - All drivers must be 16 years of age or older and accompanied by a guardian if under 21 years of age - Driving under the influence will not be tolerated.  This includes alcohol and any mind-altering substances and, or drugs - A One Day rental is defined as 24 hours of renter's choice. Renter chooses their start time during regular store hours (8am-5pm) and returns the machine at the same time the following day. 2 Days is defined as 48 hours and the same rules apply. - All machines go out with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas.  If a machine is not full when returned, you will be charged the current price of fuel in Fort Kent to fill the tank. - A $750 Deposit for contract (not per sled) will be taken at the time of booking.  This deposit will hold your reserved dates. This also acts as a security deposit in the case of damage done to the machines or equipment. Deposits are refunded in full when sled/sleds are returned and inspected. - A damage waiver with a $3,000 out-of-pocket maximum is included in the rental rate. You may upgrade your damage waiver to $1,000 out of pocket maximum for $25 per day, per machine. - Valley Rentals and it's employees reserve the right to deny services and rentals to any persons we feel are unfit to rent or operate an off-road vehicle for any reason of our choosing. -Helmets and appropriate riding gear must be worn. Basic helmets are included with the rental at no additional charge.  However, you may choose to wear your own helmet.  Either way helmets must be worn at all times.  You must provide your own jacket, bibs/pants, boots and gloves.
